Yeah, but lets look at all the Superhero movies that came afterwards that it's still vastly better than: Batman and Robin, Batman Forever, Green Lantern, Jonah Hex, The Spirit, Hulk, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, X-Men: the Last Stand, Fantastic Four, Fantastic Four: Rise of Blah Blah Blah, Spider-Man 3, Ghost Rider.

    4. Yeah, what Anon 10:13 said. Lots of movies are better than "Gigli," but that doesn't mean they're good movies.

    5. Would any of those better superhero movies exist if not for the success of Burton's Batman? Gigli wasn't the catalyst for mainstream Hollywood acceptance of crappy chick flicks. Before that the only super hero movie with half a budget was the Superman trilogy, which had ended half a decade prior.
